Medisonmed Healthcare (U) Limited, a fast-growing company specializing in the supply of medical equipment, sundries, and biomedical engineering services, is seeking an experienced and visionary Director to lead the company to the next level of growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the company’s strategic vision for growth and profitability.

• Oversee daily operations and drive operational efficiency across departments.
• Develop and maintain key partnerships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
• Foster innovation and business development to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure financial sustainability through effective budget management and cost control.
• Guarantee compliance with all healthcare industry regulations and standards.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing management team to meet business objectives.
• Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical equipment sectors.
• Proven Leadership: Strong track record of driving growth and operational success.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and business development.
• Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations in Uganda.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
